Highly motivated and dedicated students in MUET class!
Over the years, I've met a few special individuals who have taken the necessary steps to obtain the Band they need for MUET.
For instance, last year, 2 students in my class, one from PJ and the other from Salak Tinggi, would take the bus to the train station, then board the train. From the train station, they hop into a cab, in order to get to the class.
They spend the 1 hour 30 minutes commute (in the bus, train and cab) reading or working on the vocabulary workbook.
I really admired their determination.
Where are they now?
The student from Salak Tinggi, who took MUET twice on her own, before joining my class) scored Band 4, is now pursuing Law in UITM. While the student from PJ scored Band 4 as well, is now pursuing a degree in Bio-technology.

This time around, a few other students really take the cake, one travels from Kedah, 3 from Malacca, 2 from Terengganu, a few from Cyberjaya and many others from not so near locations.
They are in class with me every week, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays or Saturdays, without fail.
Yes, MUET may seem like a pain-in-the-ass test, but its just one of the many hurdles you need to overcome as a university student, no matter how many times it takes.
